Hi Anna, Many sources on the interwebs say that VOiP doesn't work reliably for 2FA.

I'm actually not sure why 2FA wouldn't work with VOIP. I've never had a problem and I use Google Voice for a ton of my 2FA accounts. Sorry I can't be of more help!
